You step on the gas and turn the van right toward the hotel enterance.

The van hits a speed of 43 mph just as you crash through the front door.  People scramble to avoid your van as you pile through the lobby.

You hit the brakes and stop right in front of the front desk.

"Excuse me," you say.  "What room are Merv and Elmira in?"

The receptionist is hiding behind the desk and does not respond.

You sigh and decide you'll have to check all the rooms.

You step on the gas and plow through the wall nearby.  You crash through room after room, mowing down the occasional innocent.  But Merv doesn't seem to be on the first floor.

You try taking the van up the stairs to the second floor, but it's just too big.

You see a sign for the freight elevator and you head for it.

You hear muted sirens in the distance getting closer as you locate the freight elevator and wait for it to arrive.

Finally it reaches the first floor and you drive on board.  You lean out the side window and press the button for the top floor.

Soothing light jazz plays as you ascend.

The doors of the elevator slide open when you reach the top floor and you hit the gas, crashing through the rooms on the top floor.  People dive out of the way or are crushed beneath your stampeding vehicle and its wake of debris.

Finally you get to the last room on corner of the top floor, and there in bed with Elmira is Merv.  But wait...

    That's not "Elmira" -- that's Pam!

You hit the brakes, but they don't seem to be working.  Your van cruises past Pam and Merv as they sleep in the bed, oblivious to the fact that a van has just crashed through their hotel room, and is now on its way through the picture window.

You see a blur of police cars, ambulances, and fire engines as you descend.

You're pretty sure that was Pam.

    ...Wasn't it?

    Hmmmm...
