    Also it is certain that there are times in your life when you did act, and clearly it would have been better had you not.

    You probably shouldn't have hit on Pam at Merv's wedding.

    You really shouldn't have turned down Webster's offer to be a regular on his show so that you could attempt getting your own TV show.

    And you definitely shouldn't have bet your life savings on Nixon in '84.

    Clearly, then, there are times in your life when you were faced with a decision whether or not to act, and in those situations, the better of the two options was the path of non-action.

    This, however, is most definitely not one of those situations.
